It is always so fun to see my sister's quilts from our quilt-a-long...
I love the mix of the coral and turquoise fabrics. I was sad to see it go home with her.

Celebrating a sweet niece's arrival!
My newest niece arrived over a month ago -- and I finally got her "welcome" gift done. I typically sew the blocks together in an orderly fashion (agrees with my personality).
But this time, I tried something new - I cut out blocks from several different fabrics (not the same number of each) and then randomly sewed them together. It made it tricky to put the rows together at the end, but it came out cute. Also, I must apologize for my photography... getting pictures of quilts is difficult so I try less than perfect methods, but you get the idea. Sweet baby blanket is complete and ready for Miss Alice!

Boo! Early Spook--
My sister organized a quilt a long where we used the same pattern and posted progress as we went along. I opted to make another Halloween quilt since I had all this fun fabric ready to be put together! I'm excited for October to roll around--

4th of July Quilt!
I forgot to take pictures of this quilt before I tucked it away in storage for next year. I really wanted to finish it in time to display this year but I was trying to keep life balanced this summer. I love the swirly design I quilted (hard to see in the picture).
Sisters' Treasures
I finished these treasures as well this summer but I didn't take great pictures when I finished them - I was so excited that I got them up on the rack so I have those pictures! The top left quilt my sister purchased (all pieced) at a yard sale. She wasn't in a hurry to get it done, so it sat at my house for a long time until I flew to visit her in June.
A separate sister pieced this together - I love this pattern and someday will be patient enough to attempt it for myself!
Happy to finally get some projects completed :)

Baby Jovee
I have been really slow to quilt much lately but I finally made this little gem for my newest niece, Jovee. I forgot to take pictures before I sent it off but thankfully Jovee's sweet momma, Savannah, sent me this picture.
Excited for tax season to be over to get quilting more!
